Please note, we require a proof of delivery Adult signature for all shipped orders, we will not be able to ship any order with a - no signature required- request.
An Adult signature is required for all our packages, the shipping address cannot be changed under any circumstance, once the package is shipped out. FedEx will not be able to change the address even if we call them, the package can only be returned back to us, or you may personally go to the FedEx station show them your identification and pick up the package.

Please note that the tracking numbers and emails are generated by us, they only become active on the FedEx website after FedEx collects the packages from us, so there may be a delay of a few hours, before you can track your shipments on the FedEx website.
