Exchange or Returns Policy

 

30 day Exchanges or Returns:

Customers may return or exchange any product, they purchase from our website, within 30 days from the day they receive the product, that is the day that they sign for the product and receive it. Customers do not have to call or email us, for Authorization if they wish to exchange or return a product, as long as it is within the time period allowed.

Please note: Due to health related concerns, nose pins and nose rings, are the only items, which cannot be exchanged or returned once purchased.

The procedure for Returns and the procedure for Exchanges is not the same so please follow the guidelines, accordingly as given below.

Exchanges:

Terms for Exchange Policy:

  • Customer may exchange any item, purchased from our web site within 30days, from the day they sign for package, to receive it.
  • We offer an even exchange policy. We do not charge any extra fees, for the exchange.
  • Customer has to pay a flat $15.00 for the shipping charge, when we ship the exchange back to them, from our side.
  • If the amount of exchange is more, than your original purchase amount, we will charge it   to the original mode of payment, in which case, we will call you for approval, except in cases, where you have already given it to us in a note or by calling us.
  • If the amount of exchange is less and you have a credit, we will maintain a store credit in your account.
  • Please note that we will maintain a store credit for a maximum period of 90 days after which, we will deduct a 5% restocking fee and issue a refund back to your original mode of payment.

Procedure for Exchange:

  1. Write a note, with your name and phone number and if possible enclose your original invoice or a copy, stating that you need to exchange the items, also mention the details of the items you wish to get in exchange. Or optionally if you wish, submit your request for exchange online, print two copies, keep one for your records and enclose the other in the package, with the package you send us for exchange.   2. Package all items, with care, so the items are secure, and do not get damaged during transit, enclose your note or the online form requesting the Exchange.
  3. You do not have to call us for exchanging any items, just ship the package, back to us via any shipper you prefer or the United states Postal service, please insure the package and keep the tracking number and relevant details, in the rare case that the package is lost or misplaced.

Returns:

Terms for Returns Policy:

  • If you wish to return your purchase for a refund, you may do so, within the specified 30 days of receiving your purchase
  • we will deduct a 5% restocking fee and the original shipping charges and issue a refund to your original mode of payment. Please note shipping charges will not be deducted, if the order was originally shipped with free shipping.
  • Product has to be in the same condition, as it was when shipped to you. Please do not wear, misuse or damage the products.
  • Refunds are processed the same or next business day, after we receive the returns.
  • An email notice for credit issued is sent to the email address on file when the credit is processed.

Procedure for Returns:

  2. Please note shipping charges will not be deducted, if the order was originally shipped with free shipping. or optionally if you wish submit the Returns form online, and print two copies, keep one for your records and enclose the other in the package you return.
